By comparing the number of terrorist incidents by year for both Columbia and France you can quickly see a disparity between the two countries. While the number of terrorism incidents in France over the past 20 years has been relatively stable hovering between 0 and 10, the number of incidents in Columbia has risen sharply in the last 3 years of our dataset. This could lead us to two different conclusions. Either the data collected on Columbia for the first 15 years is bad or that something happened in the mid 1990's that has caused an explosion in the number of terrorism incidents and number of people killed.
