Robert Reed works for the U.S. Department of Energy in the Office of Electricity Delivery and Energy Reliability (OE) within the Infrastructure Security and Energy Restoration Division (ISER). OE is responsible for the Emergency Support Function #12 (ESF 12) as part of the national response plan. As such ISER has identified Regional Coordinators for each of the ten FEMA Regions. He is the lead Regional Coordinator for Region III. (Region III covers PA, WV, VA, MD, DE and DC) |
