Jenny Menna

Jenny Menna is the Director, Critical Infrastructure Protection - Cyber Security for the National Cyber Security Division. The Critical Infrastructure Protection Cyber Security (CIP CS) Program strengthens preparedness by partnering with the public and private sectors to improve the security of the Information Technology (IT) Sector and cyber security across the Nation's critical infrastructures. The program includes responsibilities for development and implementation of the National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP) IT Sector Specific Plan (SSP); for cross-sector cyber support to Sector Specific Agencies (SSA), as they develop and implement their SSPs and reduce cyber risk to their sectors; and the National CI/KR Annual Report. Ms. Menna was formerly the Deputy Director of the Infrastructure Programs Office in the Infrastructure Partnerships Division of the Office of Infrastructure Protection. In that role, she was the Designated Federal Officer of the National Infrastructure Advisory Council, and managed programs to enhance information sharing and partnerships with the CI/KR sectors. Prior to joining the Department of Homeland Security, Ms. Menna held a variety of program management roles for a large systems integration firm.
